Specifically, the required time must be reduced to two days from the current four days in a bid to remove hindrances on the country’s investment environment.

Regarding business lines, the Government chief asked for clear description of prohibited business lines and conditional business lines in laws, including the Law on Investment (revised) and the Law on Enterprises (revised).

Administrative procedure reform must be combined with accelerating information technology application and fruitfully implementing one-stop-shop mechanism.

PM Dung also ordered inferior levels to replace staffs incapable of performing administrative procedures./.
