Gov’t issues regulations for capturing seagoing vessels
VGP – The Government chief on May 25 announced Decree 57/2010/NĐ-CP stipulating and instructing the implementation of the Ordinance on Procedures for Capturing Seagoing Vessels
|  | | Illustration photo | The Decree is applied to both Vietnamese and foreign organizations or individuals whose vessels severely violate Việt Nam’s laws on territorial waters.
