Administrative procedure reform enhanced
The Government asked to tackle difficulties for production and manufacturing with realistic measures, accelerate the economic restructure process and reform administrative procedures in tax, customs, construction, land, and electricity access to further improve the investment environment and national competitive capacity.
The State Bank of Viet Nam is required to monitor the monetary policies flexibly.
Tax exemption for border residents halted
The Government requested the Ministry of Finance to host and cooperate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to amend related regulations at Article 5 of Decree No. 87/2010/ND-CP dated August 13, 2010, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Import Duty and Export Duty and other Decrees to halt launching the tax exemption policy and other tariff on goods for border residents.
Dangerous diseases prevented
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is ordered to actively launch measures to restructure the agriculture, encourage businesses to invest in agriculture and rural areas, actively prevent diseases on cattle, and implement aquaculture development policies.
Self-control training expanded
The Government agreed to expand the self-control model in training, organization and finance for public education centers, creating a driving force for universities to improve education and training quality to meet human resource demand for the national development in the condition of the market economy and international integration.
