The centralized administrative complexes are categorized as provincial-level bodies, according to the PM’s Directive No. 1073/CT-TTg issued on July 5.
Besides, the provincial People’s Committees should also take into consideration development of public service complexes, including medical and sport centers.
The local People’s Committees are encouraged to mobilize funding from various resources to build such complexes and the build-transfer model is among various solutions they can use, the Directive says.
The Directive is part of the Government’s efforts to modernize Việt Nam’s State administrative system.
