MoU on education cooperation approved
VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng has approved the Memorandum of Understanding on education, tertiary education and scientific research signed between the Governments of Việt Nam and Qatar early this year.
The Government chief asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to finalize necessary legal procedures and inform Qatar about the approval.
