The Vietnamese PM commented that the bilateral relationship between the two countries is blooming in all fields and benefiting the two peoples.

He said that the Government of Việt Nam would commit to most favorable conditions for the diplomat during his ambassadorship in Việt Nam .

PM Dũng expected to see the stronger cooperation between Việt Nam and the Philippines in economics, trade, investment, culture and tourism.

Ambassador Jerril Galban Santos pledged to carry out practical activities to consolidate and strengthen the relations between the two countries.

He informed the host leader that his President, Ms. Gloria Arroyo, is planning to arrive Việt Nam for the ASEAN Summit in April.
