Briefing the results of his talks with leaders of the Vietnamese People’s Army, General Zlatan Kirilov Stoykov revealed that the two sides had discussions on sharing experience of organizing the army, training officers, and exchanging visits.

PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng said that the Vietnamese Government and people never forget assistance and support from Bulgaria for Việt Nam’s struggle for national salvation and reunification in the past and the cause of national construction at present.

The host hoped that, as the Chief of the Bulgarian General Staff, General Zlatan Kirilov Stoykov will make practical contributions to the more effective military cooperation between the two countries.
