PM okays Nam Dinh development scheme
VGP – The PM has ratified the Overall plan on socio-economic development for northern Nam Dinhprovince by 2020 with a vision towards 2030.

The overall plan aims to develop the local economy, transform economic structure towards industrialization, agricultural modernization and new rural building.
The province will strive for a growth rate of around 13.3% in 2011-20 period; 13% in 2011-15 and 13.5% in 2016-20.
By 2015, the agro-forestry and fishery sector would account for 26%; industry 39.5% and service 34.5%. Income per capita would touch approximately VND 39-40 million.
Nam Dinh province would improve investment promotion activities and offer favorable investment environment to lure large-scale, high-tech and friendly-environmental projects so as to make breakthroughs in its economic restructuring./.
