PM okays WB-financed loan for energy program
VGP – The Prime Minister has agreed on policy conditions for the Second Environmental Sustainability and Energy Sector Development Policy Loan (ESES DPL2) Program which will be financed by the World Bank.
The State Bank of Việt Nam (SBV) is in charge of negotiating with the WB on a credit loan agreement for the program.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade was assigned to seal the letter of power development policy and sent it to the WB; ratify the ESES DPL2 and implement the program.
* On behalf of the PM, Deputy PM Hoàng Trung Hải recently agreed to extend time for implementation of the Country Program Management Support Project (CPMSP) funded by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) until June 30, 2012./.
