Minister Nam Viyaketh reported the results of his working session with leaders of the Việt Nam Ministry of Industry and Trade, in which the two sides singed an MoU on cooperation in producing industrial goods and an agreement on tax reduction to facilitate the circulation of commodities between the two countries.

PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng requested the two ministries to realize the signed agreements and put forth new cooperative programs to be able to raise the two-way trade turnover to US $1 billion by 2010. He also asked the two sides to pay attention to new factors arising from the world’s economic changes, especially price increase and inflation.
