The project will be implemented by the Ministry of Public Security as well as local public security forces.
It targets to build a national database on population; collect basic information of Vietnamese citizens; digitalize the information sources to serve for State management as well as transaction of organizations and individuals.
Specially, it aims to better technical infrastructure; deploy software applications, dissemination of laws and policies in relation to population management nationwide./.
