A Vietnamese negotiation delegation will comprise of representatives from the State President’s Office, Office of Government and Ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Foreign Affairs, Justice, Industry and Trade, Electricity of Vietnam, Power Corporations, ad the State Bank of Vietnam.

Mr. Doan Hoai Nam, Director General of the SBV International Cooperation Department was authorized to lead the delegation.

The Effective Distribution Project will be deployed in five power corporations of the North, the Central, the South, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in a bid to improve the reliability and quality of retail electricity distribution systems
