The delegation includes representatives from the Office of Government, the Office of State President, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, People’s Committee of Nghệ An, Hà Nam, Lào Cai provinces, and the State Bank of Việt Nam.
The negotiating round is scheduled to begin on November 10, 2011.
The Government chief assigned Mr. Đoàn Hoài Anh, Deputy Director General of the SBV International Relations Department to lead the delegation./.
