Vinh Phuc has new Vice Chairman
VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung has just appointed Mr. Vu Chi Giang as Vice Chairman of the northern Vinh Phuc Province People’s Committee in the 2011-2016 tenure.
Earlier, Mr. Giang worked at the Government Office of Viet Nam.
