The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will work with relevant agencies and the WB to finalize documents, assess, ratify and implement the project.
It has been reported that, since 2010 Việt Nam has conducted activities to eradicate HCFC as an active signatory of the Montreal Protocol on ozone-depleting substances.
Under the Protocol, Việt Nam will have to phase out the consumption of HCFC by 10% by 2015./.
