Agency for checking administrative procedures set up
VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng just signed Decision No. 74/2010/QĐ-TTg to set up the Bureau for Administrative Procedures Control under the Office of Government.
|  | | Administrative reform is currently one of the Government’s first priority to create an increasing transparent legal environment – Illustration photo | The bureau’s mission is to control administrative procedures and manage the national database on administrative procedures. Its specific tasks include giving comments on draft legal documents, receiving and settling the public’s claims and suggestions for administrative regulations relating to business activities and people’s daily life. The Decision is scheduled to take effect since January 6, 2011 on. Administrative reform is among the Vietnamese Government’s first priorities in order to create an increasingly transparent business environment for local and foreign investors. By Hải Minh |
