The Cabinet listened to a report on the implementation of Resolution 01/NQ-CP, socio-economic performance in November and the first 11 months of 2015, and a draft decree on Government agencies.
Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh reported that the economy recovered, recording higher growth rates. The macro-economy stability was maintained; inflation was put under controlled; and credit growth was relatively high.
Industrial production surged while gricultural production developed stably despite difficulties.
Aggregate demand and purchasing power increased. The number of foreign arrivals in November saw a month-on-month growth.
The FDI inflows and disbursement picked up; social security and welfare were safeguarded; political security and order were maintained.
Minister Vinh also asserted that almost all National Assembly’s set norms will be fulfilled if there are no heavy impacts by year end./.
