The negotiation delegation will include representatives of the Government Office, the Presidential Office, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the State Bank of Việt Nam (SBV) and the People’s Committee of eight provinces of Cà Mau, Sóc Trăng, Khánh Hòa, Phú Yên, Bình Định, Hà Tĩnh, Nghệ An and Thanh Hóa.

The PM has assigned Chief of the International Cooperation Department of the SBV Đoàn Hoài Anh to lead the delegation. The negotiation will be held on April 10.

The objective of the CRSDP is to improve the sustainable management of coastal resources in the eight coastal provinces mentioned above.
