Energy Development Policy Loan approved
VGP – The PM has ratified the results of a loan agreement, an aid agreement and relevant legal documents of the Second Environmental Sustainability and Energy Sector Development Policy Loan (ESES DPL2) Program, which is financed by the World Bank (WB).
The PM has assigned the Governor of the State Bank of Việt Nam to sign these documents with WB representatives.
The Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Electricity of Việt Nam, the Việt Nam National Power Transmission Corporation and Southern Electricity Corporation are asked to promptly complete the procedures of a domestic financial mechanism for the program and guarantee the implementation of the loan effectively.
