Deputy PM Vu Van Ninh chairs the board and Governor of the State Bank of Viet Nam Nguyen Van Binh is the permanent vice chairman.
The board will consult the PM on solutions to the restructuring and dealing with bad debts of credit institutions and propose measures to cope with crucial issues in the process of realizing the project.
The Board is set up to harmonize the coordination between ministries, agencies and localities in implementing the project.
