Culture minister’s new deputies named
VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung has appointed two new Deputy Ministers of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MOCST).
They are Mr. Vuong Duy Bien, former Head of the Department of Performing Arts and Mrs. Dang Thi Bich Lien, former Vice Chairman of Hai Duong province's People's Committee.
