Negotiations will be conducted in Manila, the Philippines from September 17-18, 2012.
Vietnamese negotiating delegation comprising representatives from the President’s Office, Office Government, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice will be headed by Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung, Deputy Director General of the State Bank of Viet Nam’s International Cooperation Department.
Earlier in April this year, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung approved the portfolio of the project with total value of US$11.72 million./.
