VN to host Int’l Statistics Conference
VGP – The PM has approved in principle the organization of the 5th International Conference on Official Statistics in 2014 in the country.
The PM has assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to cooperate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant agencies and coordinate with the International Association for Official Statistics (IAOS) for the hosting of the event.
The 2012 Conference, to be held from September 12-14 in Ukraine will discuss issues related to standards to make statistics report and techniques to display data.
