The Vietnamese negotiating delegation will comprise representatives from the President’s Office, Office of Government, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Education and Training and the State Bank of Viet Nam.

The delegation will be headed by Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung, Deputy Director-General of the International Cooperation Department under the State Bank of Viet Nam.

The project, which is carried out in 25 provinces and cities from August 2012 to December 2018, aims to boost high-quality workforce development in disadvantaged areas./.
