First private air carrier licensed
VGP – Upon the proposal of the Ministry of Transport, the PM agreed to license the Trãi Thiên Air Cargo Company to engage in air cargo transportation.
| The license will be issued by the Ministry of Transport in line with regulations of the Law on Civil Aviation and other related legal documents. Trãi Thiên becomes the first private carrier to come into operation in Việt Nam. By Hạnh Phương |
