Gov’t chief receives outgoing Luxembourg Ambassador

VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on Thursday in Hà Nội hosted a reception given to Mr. Marc Ungeheuer, Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Việt Nam who is about to conclude his term of office here.

PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng was pleased to witness the finer ties between Việt Nam and Luxembourg in all fields.

PM Dũng welcomed the decision of the Luxembourg Government to recognize Việt Nam as a market economy and back the country for the bilateral Free Trade Agreement with the EU.

Mr. Dũng believed in success of the upcoming visit of the Luxembourg Grand Duke.

The host leader also praised the Ambassador for his contributions to the better ties between Việt Nam and Luxembourg. 

For his part, the diplomat expressed his delight to see the development of  bilateral ties to a real partnership. 

Mr. Marc Ungeheuer congratulated Việt Nam for entering the middle-income group while pledging to further contribute to the closer relations between the EU and ASEAN in general and Luxembourg and Việt Nam in particular.
