Gov’t mulls seven bills

VGP – The Cabinet members on March 20-21 discussed seven bills on pharmacy, use and management of State capital invested into enterprises, investment, enterprises, enforcement of civil judgments, people’s public security forces, and people’s army officers.

The above bills will be submitted to the National Assembly for discussion at the Legislature’s next session. The first two bills are the fresh ones.

In the first quarter of 2014, ministries has to submit 10 bills to the Government. Of the figure, one bill was finalized and submitted to the National Assembly Standing Committee.

Speaking at the Cabinet meeting on March 20, PM Nguyen Tan Dung said despite the efforts of ministries, they failed to issue guiding documents on time.

He asked the Deputy PMs as well as Ministers and leaders of sectors to work more closely to make clear progress in this work.

In the next quarter, the ministries are scheduled to finish 12 bills.

The Government chief urged the ministries to take drastic measures to submit 12 bills to the Government on schedule./.
