The Minister of Planning and Investment is in charge of submitting a Government report on the implementation of the 2013 socio-economic development plan and the 2014 plan; a report on the realization of the Master Project on Economic Restructuring; a report on three-year implementation of the National Target Program in 2011-2015; and the draft Law on Public Investment.  

The Minister of Finance will present a report on the implementation of State budget forecast for 2013; a plan on local and central budget allocation for 2014 and the draft Law on Customs.

The Minister of Public Security will submit a report on criminal prevention and control in 2013; a report on the execution of sentences by public security forces in 2013; the draft Law on Entry, Exit and Residence of Foreigners in Viet Nam and the draft Law on Public Security (amended).

The Minister of Home Affairs is responsible for reporting the implementation of the Resolution on Ha Noi boundary expansion and preparing the draft Law on Emulation and Reward.  

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment will prepare the draft Law on Environmental Protection (amended) and adjust the draft Law on Land (amended).

The bill on healthcare insurance will be presented by the Minister of Health.

The Minister of Industry and Trade will report on an overall planning of hydroelectricity and the implementation of some hydroelectric plants.

The draft Law on Employment will be presented by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

The Ministry of Transport is in charge of submitting the draft Law on Inland Waterway Transport and works with the Ministry of Public Security to report on order situation and transport safety.

The Government Inspectorate will present reports on the settlement of accusations and complaints in 2013, anti-corruption work and the draft Law on Citizen Reception./.
