Gov’t provides free rice to Yên Bái
VGP – The Government on Monday asked the Ministry of Finance to provide 905,610 kg of rice in aid for poor people in the northern province of Yên Bái.
So far this year, the Government has allocated more than 31,916 tons of rice from the national reserve to support poor households in 18 localities, namely: Yên Bái, Lai Châu, Kon Tum, Bình Định, Thanh Hóa, Quảng Nam, Phú Yên, Đắk Lắk, Cao Bằng, Nghệ An, Quảng Ngãi, Lào Cai, Hà Tĩnh, Lạng Sơn, Điện Biên, Quảng Trị, Quảng Bình and Sơn La.
