MARD to receive foreign aid
VGP – The PM just agreed to permit the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) to take over the Project "Building the Vietnamese Bear Rescue Center, phase II" sponsored by the Asian Animal Fund (AAF) in Hong Kong with US $3,037,000.
