The Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) to work with the People’s Committees of Đồng Tháp và Tiền Giang to collect comments and finalize the project.
The MARD will be in charge of assessing and ratifying the project in line with the current laws.
Of the investment, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) will provide a preferential credit of US $45 million and the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) will offer a non-refundable aid of US $ 5.45 million./.
