MoC has new Deputy Minister
VGP – Deputy PM Nguyễn Xuân Phúc, on behalf of the PM, signed on Friday Decision 2011/QĐ-TTg to appoint Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Nghị as the new Deputy Minister of Construction.
Mr. Nghị was former Vice Director of Hồ Chí Minh City Architecture University.
