Mr. Thua, born in 1963, was former permanent Vice Chairman of the Hai Duong Province’s People’s Committee.  

The PM also approved the additional elections of personnel in the provinces of Phu Tho and Ca Mau.

Accordingly, the PM ratified the additional election of Deputy Secretary of the Phu Tho Party Committee Bui Minh Chau as Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee from 2011-2016.

Mr. Bui Van Quang, former head of the provincial Department of Planning and Investment was named  Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee from 2011-2016.

The PM approved the election of Mr. Lam Van Bi, former head of the Ca Mau Department of Finance as Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.
