Nha Trang City master planning scheme adjusted

VGP – The PM has approved the adjustments to the master planning scheme for Nha Trang City in the Southern province of Khanh Hoa. 

Accordingly, by 2025, the city will have a total area of around 26,547 hectares including the current Nha Trang city (25,260 hectares) and two communes Dien An and Dien Toan.

Nha Trang will be designed to become one of tourism hubs and the destination for national and international important events.

It will be an economic, scientific, educational and healthcare center in the South Central Coast and the Central Highlands.

It will also serve as a political, economic, cultural and scientific center of Khanh Hoa Province.

Its administrative complex will be located to the South of Phong Chau road with a total area of 35 hectares.

By 2025, the city will have a population of around 630,000 of which 560,000 are urban dwellers./.
