The projects cover the development of water supply system and information technology, environmental sanitation of coastal cities, agriculture competitiveness, land system modernization and completion, the development of Hà Nội urban transport system, the modernization of financial information system, school education quality assurance tax administration modernization.

The PM has requested that the agencies involved should clear obstacles and push up the implementation tempo of the said-above projects, which showed slowness in disbursing their allocated funding.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment is asked to cooperate with the Government’s ODA management agencies to work with the WB on the extension of deadlines and capital supplement for these projects.
