ODA projects ratified
VGP – The PM ratified on September 09 the portfolio “Improving and upgrading synchronous devices for miniSCADA system in Huế, Đà Nẵng, Quy Nhơn and Buôn Ma Thuật” with the total preferential loan of €2,140,946 from the Finnish Government.
The Electricity of Việt Nam (EVN) is allowed to reborrow the loan and allocate the corresponding capital to realize the project.

MiniSCADA system will automate the electric power grid in five central cities of Huế, Đà Nẵng, Quy Nhơn, Buôn Ma Thuật and Nha Trang. The project aims to improve the efficiency of the power grid, reinforce the automation of the electric distribution grid, increase the trust in electricity supply, improve the quality of electricity as well as minimize the time to rehabilitate the breakdown and the loss of electricity.
