PM Dung made the point at a reception for Singaporean Minister for Trade and Industry Lim Hng Kiang on September 16 in the central province of Nghe An.  

On behalf of the Government, PM Dung welcomed the resounding victory of the People’s Action Party (PAP), believing that Singapore would continue to flourish in the coming time.  

He also hailed the attendance of Minister Lim Hng Kiang at the ground breaking ceremony of VSIP Nghe An, the seventh of its kind in Viet Nam.

For his part, Minister Lim Hng Kiang underlined that Singapore always respects and spares no effort to beef up the strategic partnership in a practical and efficient manner.

He also announced that besides investment projects, Singapore would focus on personal training programs at industrial parks.

The Minister hoped that the Vietnamese Government would continue to create favorable ways for Singaporean investors to do long-term business here.

Singapore, said the guest leader, stands ready to work with Vietnamese ministries and agencies to extricate difficulties and support businesses to strengthen investment and trade exchange./.
