Firstly, PM Dung asked the ministry to focus on ensuring the quality of the draft Laws on organization of the Government and Local Government Organization in accordance with the newly-revised Constitution.
Secondly, the ministry must accelerate administrative reform, especially the administrative procedure reform.
The PM suggested applying information technology in dealing with works related to administrative procedures and regarding the administrative procedure reform as a crucial political mission in 2015 with the aim of increasing the management effectiveness of administrative agencies and improving the investment and business environment.
Thirdly, the ministry must not increase the workforce in the public sector while taking move to decrease the workforce and enhance management capacity and effectiveness.
Lastly, the Government chief tasked the ministry to put forwards measures to uphold the responsibility, awareness, and capacity of cadres and public employees to serve people and seriously handle their wrongdoings./.
