The PM’s direction shows his determination to set up a democratic and professional administration which brings about most favorable conditions for citizens and businesses. The Project has also helped edge the country’s competitiveness through forming a transparent investment environment.

The Government chief asked ministries, departments and localities to sum up the first phase within August and the first half of September 2009.

Up to now, all ministries and sectors have completed publicizing their administrative formalities.

Out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide, 58 ones have made public administrative formalities at district and communal levels.

There remain a lot of incomplete and unclear administrative formalities. They will be replaced soon to benefit people and enterprises.
