PM welcomes newly-appointed Finnish Ambassador
VNGOP – The newly-appointed Finnish Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Pekka Hyvonen was welcomed by PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on September 6/9 in Hà Nội.

PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng stated that the Vietnamese Government and people will do their best to bring the good relation between the two countries to a new height. He high appreciated the Finnish Government for granting official development aid (ODA) to Việt Nam. The Government chief expressed his desire to cement and deepen cooperation with Finland and asked the North European country to continue providing ODA to help Việt Nam’s disadvantaged regions.
Ambassador Pekka Hyvonen pledged to do his utmost to strengthen the friendship between Finland and Việt Nam./.
