The PM assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to cooperate with the Dutch side to develop necessary documents and launch the project.
The POHE began in 2005 with the aim of improving the students’ profession capacity by setting up market-oriented training programs.
Since 2005, the Netherlands supported eight Vietnamese universities to establish POHE programs for training areas such as tourism, pedagogy, agriculture and forestry, construction engineer and IT.
The second phase is expected to be launched within five years from 2012-2015.
