Thanh Hoa recognized as Grade-1 City
VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung has decided to recognize Thanh Hoa city as the Grade-1 City under Thanh Hoa Province.
After nearly 10 years as the Grade 2 City, Thanh Hoa has gained socio-economic achievements relating to urban development, infrastructure construction and improvement of local people’s lives.
The recognition will enable the city to become one of the socio-economic, politic, and cultural centers in the North Central Coast.
