The interdisciplinary delegation will consist of representatives from the Office of Government, the President Office, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the SBV.

It will be headed by Deputy Director of the SBV Foreign Cooperation Department Nguyen Vinh Hung.
