The Steering Board will assist the Government to direct the implementation of ASEAN and national one-stop shop regimes in line with the Agreement and the Protocol on the construction and realization of ASEAN one-stop shop regime.

The Board proposes revising, supplementing, abrogating or drafting new legal documents to put the one-stop shop regimes into operation; approves or submits to the PM for approval of the results of setting up and realizing the national one-stop shop regime; and appoints Việt Nam’s representatives to the ASEAN Steering Board and other working teams in charge of one-stop shop regime.
