VN-Angola petroleum protocol ratified
VGP – The Government chief agreed with a protocol on petroleum cooperation inked between the governments of Việt Nam and Angola in Luanda on April 3, 2008.
| The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was assigned to complete diplomatic procedures and inform Vietnamese competent agencies of the document’s date of coming into effects. The Ministry of Industry and Trade was entrusted to work with relevant agencies to put the protocol into reality. |
