VNSTEEl to be equitized
VGP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng recently approved a project for equitization of the Việt Nam Steel Corporation (VNSTEEL).
The equitization will be conducted through selling part of the VNSTEEL’s State-owned property and issuing more stocks to increase the corporation’s charter capital.
The State will hold over 65% of the charter capital, according to the Office of Government’s recent document which conveys the PM’s opinion on the issue.
