The Ministry of Construction is assigned to finalize legal proceedings for adjustments to the agreement for the program.
The WSPST-II, which has the total investment of €13.2 million, is designed to assist the construction and management of water supply and sanitation works in northern Hà Giang, Tuyên Quang, Yên Bái and Cao Bằng provinces.
The first phase of the program has been successfully carried out in other northern localities, namely Bắc Kạn, Thái Bình, Hưng Yên, and Hải Phòng with total investment of €20.8 million.
