Under the plan, the Ministry of Public Security will work with related ministries, agencies and border localities in combating human trafficking.

The Ministry of Public Security is requested to instruct local police forces to cooperate with Cambodian border police to strengthen information sharing especially those relating to human trafficking networks and gangs in service of the rescue of victims.

The Ministry of Information and Communications is to disseminate the agreement to raise public awareness on the issue.

The Ministry of Labor Invalids and Society is tasked to inquire into the reality of trafficking victims and support them in line with the regulations.  

Border provinces are in charge of setting up hot lines with Cambodian border localities to share information, support investigations, capture criminals, rescue and bring victims back home./.
