The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment was assigned to verify, ratify and implement the project under the current official assistance development (ODA) regulations.
On the same day, Deputy PM Hoàng Trung Hải has also approved the portfolio of the project “Green action plan for Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises” funded by the Swedish Government.
The Ministry of Natural Resources ad Environment is responsible for implementing the project.
