Accordingly, the Lam Dong provincial People’s Committee is allowed to permit real estate investors to transfer projects (excluding ecological and convalescence tourism projects) to other subjects to build houses and architectural projects in accordance with the legal documents.

The Government chief permits Lam Dong province to hire domestic and foreign planning advisors and call on investment to satellite urban centres and public transport projects in accordance with the overall planning of the city and surrounding areas by 2030 and with a vision towards 2050.  

Investors will enjoy import duty exemption on materials and equivalent for building greenhouses and net houses in favour of high-tech vegetable and flower production./.
